Novice with little to no previous experience
May have a basic understanding of general fitness but is new to Crossfit’s unique approach
Typically focused on building a soild foundation of fitness, improving overall strength and learning the fundamental movements of Crossfit.
Participates in 2 free introductory classes to learn proper form, technique, and safety protocols.
