This membership is limited to attending 2 Crossfit classes of your choice across the week.
Members with this plan can participate in up to two Crossfit classes per week. These classes are led by certified Crossfit coaches and offer a variety of workouts, including strength training, conditioning and specialised weightlifting sessions.
You commit to a structured fitness routine, attending classes on set days. This helps you maintain consistency and work on various aspects of your fitness such as strength, endurance and skill development.
While you commit to two weekly sessions, you typically have some flexibility in choosing which specific days and times you attend classes. This flexibility allows you to fit your Crossfit workouts into your weekly schedule.
Coaching and Support
You receive guidance and coaching from certified Crossfit coaches during your classes. They assist with proper form, technique, and provide support to help you achieve your fitness goals safely.
You become part of the Crossfit community at the gym, connecting with fellow members who share your fitness goals and experiences.
