Its more than a gym, it’s a community that works together to improve everyone fitness, health and mental wellbeing! The programming is on point (credit to the amazing head coach) and I cant believe how fit and strong I can get from a 1 hour work out.

I have been training at Crossfit Diamond Valley for over 5 years now. I love it. Its my home away from home. I love the programming and how my body has changed since doing CrossFit training. I enjoy the combination of both strength and fitness training. Having qualified coaches I think makes a huge difference, they know me and my strengths and weaknesses and tailor the workouts to suit my specific needs.
